If your host cancels your service or experience

While it’s rare, sometimes a host may need to cancel your service or experience reservation. We understand this can impact your plans in a big way. If this happens, you’ll get a full refund and you can rebook the service or experience if you want. Sometimes a host may need to cancel an ongoing service or experience because an issue prevents the activity from continuing; if this happens you may be entitled to a refund under the Guest Refund Policy for services and experiences.

How we’ll let you know if your host cancels

When a cancellation occurs, you’ll get an email with details, including your refund information.
